Explain CPR step-by-step

After it is clear that cpr is needed and 911 has been called, tilt the head back and lay them down on their back. Place a hand on your fist and place it right below the sternum. Press up and down 30 times. Pinch their nose and if you don't have a CPR shield, place your fingers in a circle to avoid kissing, then carefully breathe out, into their mouth twice.

Repeat this cycle for as long as necessary.

How do you help someone if they have frostbite or heatstroke?

Slowly transition them to the opposite temperature. If Frostbite, give them warm clothes/blankets. If heatstroke give them water.

William Boyce

William Boyce got lost in London. An unknown Boy Scout showed him his way, saying that "A Scout is helpful." Boyce offered him payment, but the scout refused, explaining that he was doing his 'Daily good turn.' 

Boyce then started the program in the US.
