Explain CPR step-by-step

After it is clear that cpr is needed and 911 has been called, tilt the head back and lay them down on their back. Place a hand on your fist and place it right below the sternum. Press up and down 30 times. Pinch their nose and if you don't have a CPR shield, place your fingers in a circle to avoid kissing, then carefully breathe out, into their mouth twice.

Repeat this cycle for as long as necessary.

Take two sticks and two bandanas. Hold the sticks on either side of the calf, descending down to just above the bottom of the foot. Tie the top of the sticks to the calf and the bottom to the foot (above, around, below)
