When we get invested.
We reaffirm our promise when we go up a section, if we transfer groups, and reaffirm to ourselves whenever we make the Scout Sign for someone else.
It is also used in supporting your Unit's Code, during a Scouts' Own & guiding a Scout through their personal reflections.
