Explain the roles of the SPL, ASPL, PL, APL, Scribe, Instructor, and Quartermaster

SPL is the youth leader of a troop, ASPL is the assistant to the SPL. PL is the youth leader of a patrol, APL is the assistant to the PL. Scribe keeps and writes down important decisions, meal plans, headcounts, etc. Instructor guides the troop in learning and reviewing scout skills. Quartermaster maintains equipment, the trailer, and so on, and notifies the leaders when something needs replaced or a similar situation.
