When using the squeegee, make sure you use a good amount of pressure so all of the ink will go through the screen.

When you put the screen in, make sure the print side is facing down and the two wires inside the screen, on the squeegee side. The screen should say about 2 seconds before you press start. This creates the design on the screen.

What parts of a screen should one tape? Two answers

The 'holes' in the screen and the edges


The holes should be taped on the print side of a screen, while the edges should be taped on the squeegee side of the screen.

1.) Spray squeegee side for 10 seconds 2.) Spray the print side until your design clearly shows through

Use the registration marks and line them with the centerline. 


The registration marks should be in the middle of the film, near the top and the bottom. During the printing process, make sure you tape the marks.

What do you do after you're done printing? Six Steps

1.) Clean up all of the ink on the screen using a clean up card 2.) Use the cleaning spray and rub the screen 3.) Put into the dip tank for about 3 minutes 4.) Spray the screen with water until there is nothing on it 5.) Use the spray again and scrub away the rest of the ink 6.) Spray one more time with water
