Joking is meant to make people laugh and feel happy. Bullying or being mean is when it makes someone feel bad, targets their identity, or continues even when someone asks for it to stop.

It can be scary letting an adult know what is happening on social media, you do not want to get in trouble or lose your social media account, it could be a close friend or someone you admire, you do not want anyone to get in trouble and are scared if you get involved it will happen to you
