What is- they described the way Americans viewed other immigrant groups. Are always used in a negative aspect and are very racist. Ex- Uncle Sam kicking the Chinese out of the U.S, the Jewish with long noses and big heads associated with money, the Italians as being chubby with food surrounding them, the Japanese being stereotyped with closed almond eyes and crab hands representing them as criminals.

What is - California had more promises for the Asian immigrants specifically the gold rush and it was used to hold immigrants who were denied from the Chinese Exclusion Act. Europeans had greater opportunities in the East then the West.

What is- they were targeted, beat up, killed, accused of stealing American jobs, seen as not being literate, and not portrayed as being manly. Laws were passed to limit them from coming to the U.S.

What is- they had trouble finishing work, speaking the same language as their peers, worked long hours in the factories, took up old jobs for pay, they were away from their families, and the Jewish were stereotyped for being frugal with their money.
