The law requires four components in monitoring programs.

The CCDF law allows state to exempt these providers providing care from some or all CCDF health and safety requirements.
Who are providers who are caring for their own relatives or relatives?
If these things are completed, the law allows the provisional hiring of prospective staff members.
What is either a qualifying result for either the FBI criminal background check or a fingerprint-based in-state criminal background check where the individual resides and until all background check components have been completed, the prospective staff member must be supervised at all times by someone who has already had a qualifying background check within the past 5 years
