You are on shift and you receive a call. An employee is calling off for their shift. What steps do you take to complete the Call-Off?
1. Information on Call Off Sheet (name, department, shift, reason/hours off, supervisor)
2. Inform them that you are going to put them on hold to connect them with an ON SHIFT supervisor.
3. Merge the call and document in Heliaus, Communication Notification Form and the Call Off Log.
