There has been a breach. How do you proceed from there? Be very descriptive and accurate of the information you need to give.

Notify SOC. Give them a description of whoever was in the vehicle and the type of vehicle, color, direction they went and were supposed to go. Notify your watch commander and supervisor. Write a statement and send it to the AM, WC, and Sups. Put it on the LOG.

Call ops to verify employee, ask if they can put employee in the system, have them go inside to the reception desk and the officer in there will take it from there.

Call SOC and watch commander/supervisor. Write a statement.

For any post that has a tow truck or roadside assistance come through, what is the proper protocol and what information do you need to get?

Notify SOC. Gather employee's information (Name and PPR) Year/make/model/color/tag# of vehicle. For the tow truck/roadside you need the driver license name and #, company name, tag# (out of state or in state tag). Notify SOC when they leave.
