What is the PAL Syllabus?
The grantee submits this to Wayne Metro to show the work accomplished and money spent during the grant terms. This submission allows Wayne Metro to reimburse the grantee.

Proof of expenditure that grantees must track during the course of the grant term. These will be submitted at the end to show what they have spent their funds on.

Organizations must attend 2 of these Wayne Metro meetings between April and December to learn about and provide input on Wayne Metro programs and services.

The state of being in accordance with the established requirements of the Seeing Program

A monthly gathering of PALs where different topics related to capacity building will be discussed

A document that contains an organization's project scope and budget

This certificate provides protection from lawsuits during the course of the grant.

The act of supplying the resources necessary to increase an organization's ability to achieve their mission
