We can usually describe them in one word, like angry, scared, excited.
Give us a thought you have when you feel happy.
Usually happy thoughts come from happy feelings & happy feelings come from happy thoughts!
Examples: "I got this!" "I had a good day."
"Pass." (and that's okay.)
