A code red is a medical emergency that requires EMS while a code orange is a water-related emergency.

What is the role of the CSA during a fire/fire drill?
They are to listen to the instructions given by the MOD/CSA2 or pro-staff and clear the areas they are assigned. Radioing when their areas have been cleared and then exiting the building.
A patron comes but when they swipe it says, “no membership”. They tell you they are on a waitlist for a class that will make them full-time.
If this is still within the add/drop period then you can let them in but let them know they will not be given access after that date unless they are full-time or have a membership.
A patron comes in and buys a day pass. They come back 10 mins later and say there is no court space and would like a refund. What would you do?
Because this falls within the 15 min window, we will be able to process the refund for them.
