What is Etsy Ads?
Etsy Ads is a way to promote your listings in Etsy Search. You can use Etsy Ads to advertise your products, in Etsy search results and other pages on Etsy.
When can a buyer leave a review?
Buyers have 100 days from when their order was delivered, or the estimated delivery date, to leave their review. They can edit their review any number of times during that 100-day period.
Is Offsite Ads optional for a member?
Offsite ads may be optional for your shop, depending on the revenue you’ve made on Etsy in the past 12 months.
Are we able to approve an item to be sold on Etsy?"
Because we cannot offer pre-approval of shops or listings, I am not able to guarantee approval to sell these items based on the information you've provided in this email.
"Is a seller eligible for Etsy's Star Seller badge if their shop has only been open for one month, despite meeting all other performance metrics?"
You’re eligible to become a Star Seller starting 90 days after your first sale – as long as you’ve met our customer service standards for the month, and received at least 5 orders and $300 in sales over the past 3 months.
If a seller’s shop is less than 15 days old can a seller start Etsy Ads campaign?
There is a mandatory 15-day waiting period between opening a shop and beginning an Etsy Ads.
You can see when you’re eligible by visiting the Etsy Ads dashboard, where you’ll see a daily countdown to when you’ll be able to start your campaign.
What will happen if the seller respond to the review?
Once you've responded to a Buyer's review, you will not be able to respond again, or edit the review. For this reason, we encourage using the review response as an opportunity to show your care for your Buyers with respectful and empathetic language, as opposed to anything accusatory.
What is this fee for Offsite Ads?
You only pay this advertising fee when you make a sale from an ad featuring one of your items. Here is our Offsite Ads Channel List.
Can a Seller Sell Subscription(s)?
Subscriptions are permitted to be listed on Etsy provided sellers adhere to our policies.
Why my star seller badge was removed?
Star Seller Badge can be removed due to account action or policy violation.
What is the difference between Etsy Ads and Offsite Ads?
When you run an Etsy Ads campaign, your items are advertised in Etsy search and other places on Etsy.com, With Offsite Ads, Etsy pays to advertise your listings on sites like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or Bing.
Seller want to know why a review was not removed due to canceled order?
When a seller cancels a transaction, the buyer has up to 48 hours to leave or edit a review for the transaction. After the 48 hours passed, the buyer can no longer leave or edit a review.

What are Our House Rules
Those are all of the seller policies like Listing Mature Content Correctly, Purchase Protection Program for Sellers, Discrimination and Hateful Content Policy, Intellectual Property Policy etc.
If the seller wants to locally deliver instead of ship the order (because it is close) what we should advise?
We should advise Currently, tracking metrics don’t account for local pickup or delivery. We don't support local pick-up or locally delivered orders, therefore, this would impact your Star Seller tracking & on-time shipping score.
I don't want my listings automatically promoted?
New listings are not automatically promoted when created on Etsy.com, (only if you create the listing through the app).
What you should do if a Seller is upset because we removed their review response?
You need to escalate using the macro: Escalate::To Offensive Content.
When will I be charged for an item sold through Offsite Ads?
If a buyer clicks on one of your advertised listings and purchases from your shop within 30 days, that order will be eligible for the fee.
If the same shopper makes multiple purchases from your shop in the 30 day period, the advertising fee will apply to each individual order.
Can we advise the members what they can sell?
We can't "approve" or "disapprove" items before they're listed on the site.
What is the Star Seller eligibility?
Star Seller eligibility is reviewed on the 1st of every month based on your customer service stats over the past 3 months.
How do i select countries where a buyer can see my ads?
Your ads will only be shown to buyers in countries that you ship to. If you don't want your ads to be seen by buyers in a specific country, make sure your shipping profiles or listings don't include this country as a shipping location.
Seller wants to flag review but wants to know if it will be removed if they flag it what you should do?
I'm not at liberty to say if this review will be removed or not.
We have the flagging system in place so this review can go to a dedicated team. For now, if you believe this review is against one of our policies, you have the option to flag the review.
Can we help then to opt out if is Discount/Standard - Shop is in the EU.
The seller doesn't need to mention the law for us to opt them out. So you can help them out.
