A bill starts in the House of Representatives, when it is passed it goes to the senate. The senate passes the bill, then it is sent to the president. If the president signs the bill it becomes a law, if it is vetoed it goes back to the Congress 2⁄3 of both houses can override the veto and make it a law.

The articles of confederation were much weaker than the constitution. It didn't allow the government the ability to enforce laws, and make the government too weak. They fixed this issue by making a stronger government in the Constitution and fixing the problems of the Articles.

The King was very angry about the Tea Party, he sent more troops to Boston which caused the colonists to become even angrier towards the British.
