Social Welfare Project/Program

A type of project cycle, considered as the most traditional and easiest to understand. The team moves on to the next phase only once the previous stage is complete, and performs each phase once.

Predictive/Water Life Cycle

It refers to the deeper often hidden, issues that contribute to or cause the problem. These problems are typically more complex, multiple concerns and may involve past experiences, unresolved emotional issues and broader systemic factors. 

Underlying Problem

It is a disciplined and systematic process that results in fundamental decisions and actions that define and guide a program's direction. It clarifies what the program is, what it seeks to accomplish, why it exists, and how it will achieve its intended outcomes, with a deliberate focus on addressing the needs of poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged families.


Strategic Planning
