When using this date condition, do not add one day to non-pay/non-work status date because it has already been adjusted to include the last day worked.

You must request records from the Post Office where the employee worked, or request payroll records from this agency before award temporary Christmas Postal Service employees' credit.
Consist of the Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, >Space Force<) plus the commissioned officer corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

What is Service after 03/01/1986.
If a seasonal employee is in a non-pay status at the end of the calendar year, then he or she must have this computation recalculated to determine if there is a non-pay status time in excess of 6 months in a the calendar year.

What is service performed before March 1, 1986?
If an IRS Seasonal employee is in a pay status for 1 administrative workweek or less (e.g. 5 days or less), then the days worked are credited as this (referred to as outside the season) received credit only for time in actual “pay status.”

Leave accrual and RIF purposes Service if the volunteer service was satisfactorily performed under an enrollment period of at least 1 year (excluding training time) under Title 1 of the “Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 (PL 93-113).”
What is Action Volunteer Service?
The Department of Defense determined that some of this service in World War II and civilian U.S. Navy IFF technical service who served in combat areas of the Pacific during World War II qualify for VA benefits. This service is not recognized as active duty in the armed forces for any purposes under the civil service SCD-Leave or SCD-RIF purposes.
