A student calls and tells you he lost his phone and is unable to log in because he can't get a DUO push. What steps should you take?
You should verify their information on MVS and call them back on the number that is listed for them on MVS to verify their ID. Once you've verified their ID, you can have their old device removed (by asking a student lead), and let them know how to set up DUO mobile from scratch.
