400

The result of one side of our tester losing pressure during the air leak test.

The result of the two sides slowly merging at a lower pressure during the air leak test.

Leak to atmosphere.

One side is leaking into the other, and that side is leaking to atmosphere.

How many different reasons could be causing a circuit button to be activated upon start up and all times.

Controller board, Firmware version, Tester Membrane, Remote Membrane

These two causes the Emergency pressure to drop incredibly hard after pressing the air leak test button, or when the air leak test begins during the automated tests.

First, Not allowing the system to fill long enough before pressing air leak test/ not having a long enough fill tank timer on the certifier.

Second, If there is a restriction on the input line from the shop/compressor, the Emergency pressure will drop and then slowly recover.

The purpose of Wheel Speed Sensors. The purpose of comparing the input voltage to the ECU voltage. RSS stands for.

To properly communicate the speed of the wheel to properly update the Hub odometer. To make sure there are no voltage drops along the way to the ECU. Roll stability support.

Separation of Certifier cloud vs the verifier cloud.

Certifier cloud provides test count, abandonment, cancelled, and tests currently running. It can also do trailer profiling for the electrical circuits.

Verifier cloud can provide tire and custom reports.
