Why?
CBS is the one in charge of the booking so all the approvals and release for the whole contract will happen through CBS. Once approved in CBS, the approved status will flow to NxGen.

I am booking a master contract, but the COA just informed me that the A/R # needs to be changed. What action needs to be taken?
You cannot change the AR# and submit again. The new AR# will not be sent to CBS.
If this occurs, you will need to void the Agreement; update the AR# on the Estimate; Auto Contract a new Agreement. Let the COA know the new valid Agreement#, and they can remove the voided Agreement# and ensure the new Agreement# is attached.
I have a PSA for a 1 year and 6 month term. Can I process the year first and then the 6 months?
