  • You can contact the rental vendor of choice to arrange for a rental replacement vehicle

  • Please submit your receipt for consideration of reimbursement. Reimbursement will be at the rate of a rental vehicle in your location based upon ERAC or Hertz rates, whichever is lower. 


  • Rental vendors other than ERAC or Hertz may or may not direct bill State Farm, and additional rental charges may apply which could cause you to reach your coverage limit more quickly, or result in extra out of pocket expenses depending on the type of coverage you carry

"What is full coverage?"
