Describe the remediation process at Shared Vision
What is ... When a doctoral Intern receives an Overall Rating of Novice or Below Novice in a Competency Area, the Intern will be notified that a Remediation Plan is indicated on his/her written evaluation form. The opportunity to discuss the presenting difficulties will take place when the evaluation is reviewed with the doctoral intern with the individual supervisor(s) and/or Director of Clinical Training as indicated. The Intern Remediation Plan is completed within 2 weeks of the area(s) of concern being identified.
