No, but eating too much sugar is bad. Sugar is still an important part of the body and pretty much every food has some kind of sugar but eating a lot of processed sugar is not good for you.

- Make time to do it right
- Have all your ingredients ready
- Know how much of each ingredient you need
- Have the rest of the recipe and how to cook it when you want to eat the meal prepped food.
