Reacting is immediate, emotional and impulsive. Responding is thoughtful, calm and intentional.

What is the difference between being stubborn/ignorant and being authentic?

Authentic people know their values and act on them without outside pressure. Stubborn/ignorant people refuse to listen to others' feelings and won't consider any movement.
