The study of aging processes and individuals across the life course. It includes: The study of physical, mental, and social changes in people as they age.
What is Pearl Jam
Lip sync battle. Open to anyone on campus! All people/teams perform. The audience donates money in support of which perfomrance they believed was their fav/best. The team with the most money wins a prize! The donations are given to the Sigma Kappa Foundation.

Sigma Kappa is committed to improving the environment. Improvements can happen every day through purposeful actions and choices that, collectively, make a significant impact on the overall health of our planet.

Sigma Kappa capture the flag! Open to all of campus to make teams to sign up and play capture the flag. Winning team gets a prize. Donations and cost to play gets donated to the Sigma Kappa Foundation.

Our Foundation plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Sigma Kappa, providing the lifeblood of financial resources to keep our Sorority vital and healthy.
The mission of the Sigma Kappa Foundation is to create and fund leadership, scholarship and philanthropic initiatives that reflect the values and spirit of Sigma Kappa Sorority
Where do our donations go to other than donations given during EDAW?
Sigma Kappa Foundation. NHQ then distributes the funds to our philos!
Who is Julie? What is her story and impact on our chapter?
Zeta Iota sister. Passed away due to ED complications. This philo is in honor of her to raise awareness
OH NO! A pnm asks a question about a philo and you completely blank... What should you do next?
- grab a sister who is floating during the round and bring up you are talking abt a certain philo so they can add to the convo
- its okay to say something like, "omg sorry ive been talking sm today, my mind is going blank, let me grab my sister" make a funny lil joke out of it. this lightens the mood and can make pnm feel more comfortable talking to you
