Use a body map to track changes of suspicious spots. Use the ABCDE system to decribe the spot. If a spot becomes concerning, see a doctor. Skin cancer is highly treatable if detected early!

What does SPF stand for and what is the reccomended SPF to use?

Sun Protection Factor: Tells you how well a sunscreen protects against sunburn. SPF 30-50 is the gold standard.
