What is REM Paraylsis?
When in REM, your body sends your muscles into paralysis so you do not act out your potentially vivid dreams.
What's the deal with Implicit Processing
Tasks the brain can complete without the full attention of the conciousness
What's a night terror?
When someone is in a nightmare, and the body has exited REM paralysis and so is acting out their terror. This can lead to difficulty breathing, flailing, and other symptoms of fright.
