I'm a very organized, I work well on a team, and I have very good communication skills. Although I haven't worked in this field before, I know these skills will make me a valuable employee.

I am very dedicated to my job, and I expect the same level of dedication form other people. Not everyone feels the same way about work and sometimes my expectations are too high.
What do you consider to be your biggest weakness?
I've always felt that it is a bad idea to discuss religion or politics with anyone. Therefore, I'm going to refrain from answering that question.

Talk to the interviewer about an accomplishment in your life that you are most proud of. The accomplishment should be work related, but it doesn't have to be. Be honest and be specific. Don't just throw out a general statement ( I won and award) describe the steps you took to accomplish the goal and how all you hard work paid off in the end.

Be carful! keep in mind that the interviewer doesn't really want to learn about your former supervisors or teacher but about the way you speak of them. making a negative statement about your former supervisor or teacher can create a host of problems. The interviewer may conclude that you don't et along well with people in general or that you often shift blame to others.
Tell me about your least favorite manager or teacher?
My first step is to let the customer know I will listen to what he has to say. If the company has a strict policy regarding customer complaints, I will follow it. However if I have to use my own judgment, I will try to keep the customer happy and do what it takes to remedy the situation.
What do you do when you have a very unhappy customer?
My greatest strength is my ability to see a project through from its beginning to its completion. Each project I am assigned is important to me, and I always make sure it gets the appropriate amount of attention.

While I know you don't have to be buddies with everyone you work with, workplaces are more productive if coworkers get along. I would try to resolve my differences with that person. If that wasn't possible, I'd find something about that person I could admire and respect and I'd focus on that instead of the things I didn't like.

Keep it to one area unless prompted for more. Try to pick a skill that needs improvement, and demonstrate how you have been working to improve this area-always spin this question into a positive response. This answer can and will be held against you, so avoid choosing traits that may be perceived as a character flaws, which are not likely to change.
