How much does it cost to print a sheet of paper (single sided or double sided)?

Ten cents per page.

NO, you may not check out a book and then return it in order to get stickers. The idea is that you read the book--or at least part of it!

What is the earliest & latest I may reserve a study room?

Earliest: 48 hours ahead of time.
Latest: 8:00 AM on the day of.
After that, it is first-come, first serve. Chances are that if you don't reserve a room, you don't get a room.
