What is worker needs to send a JFS 7105 of Seth's loss of employment. If Seth doesn't provide verification within 10 days, his SNAP would be discontinued for FTV income. Seth does provide verification that he is no longer working, the income would be removed from his budget. With this loss of exemption Seth is now FWR and ABA required. Seth cannot accrue countable months until he is rescreened.

What is worker should set a reminder and generate the 7201 request verification of Increased Rent. After 10 days, if Bob doesn't submit requested verification the worker doesn't take any action on case. The worker leaves previous rent and utility expenses on case and plans to follow up with Bob and resolve the Reminder at his next RE or IR.

What is since unfitness was not perceived by the worker, the worker should send a JFS 7201 Courtesy Letter requesting verification of the unfitness and add a Reminder to follow up at IR/ RE. If John doesn't return verification of the unfitness, the agency doesn't add a medical condition record, and John will continue to be subject to the work requirement. If John returns verification timely that he is unfit for employment, the agency adds the Medical Condition and John would be exempt from ABA beginning of April. Either way, the worker will resolve the Reminder and run EDBC to process the change.
