For a 1st Strike, this happens:
Phoenix is removed and sent to Reset Table. A guide speaks with the Hero to come to understanding.

Parents are called, and Phoenix is sent home. Loss of 100 Points, Phoenix may return after writing a letter explaining to the tribe how he/she will move forward with the tribe.
2nd Honor Code
