A friend asks you to cheat off your paper in class.
What should you do?
-Give them the answers because they are your friend!
-Say no but instead offer to help them with their work.
-Get angry and shout out what he is doing to the teacher.
You see your sibling playing with your favorite toy. They did not ask you first.
What should you do?
-get upset and try to take it out of their hands. It's yours afterall!
-Ask them to please give it back to you.
-Tell them next time they want to play with your toy to please ask you first.
You do not understand what the teacher is asking you to do in class.
What should you do?
-Sit there quietly and not say anything.
-Raise your hand and ask politely if they can help you.
You walk into the wrong classroom one day in middle school. You are lost.
What should you do?
-Get upset and assume you will never find your class.
-You ask the techer in that classroom for help.
Your friend wants to hang out after school but you have a lot of homework to do and you have a test tomorow that you need to study for.
What should you do?
-Hang out with your friends and not study.
-Tell them you need to take care of your work first and then you can see them.
-suggest that you and your friend can study together.
You cannot find the toy you are looking for. You rememeber your sibling having it last.
What should you do?
-Get upset at them because they must still have it.
-Ask them if they know where it is and if they can help you look.
One of your accomodations in class is to use a highlighter during your reading assignments. You do not see any available to use.
What should you do?
-Politely ask your teacher for a highlighter.
-Not say anything because no other classmate around you is using one.
You can't see the baord from where you are sitting.
What should you do?
-Stay where you are and move back and fourth in your seat.
-Get upset at the person infront of you to move.
-Ask the teacher if you could move someplace else in the class.
You see your friend sitting quietly and looking down at the floor. You try to talk to them but they do not answer you.

-They are being rude and do not like you as a friend anymore.
-Get upset, yell, and walk away.
-Ask them what is wrong and if they are okay.
Your sister wants to watch a movie that you have already watched ten times.
What should you do?
-Offer a new movie to watch.
-tell her you are not watching that movie with her and leave.
You feel like another student has been making fun of you a lot. It is affecting the way you like going to class.
What should you do?
-Ignore it. You think it will go away with time.
-Yell at them to stop.
-Talk with a teacher or staff member at your school.
You are working on a group math paper with your classmate. You both got a different answer and you disagree with the answer they have.
What should we do?
-Argue that your answer is right.
-Put their answer down instead of yours.
-Work through the problem again together.
A friend invites you to their house, they are excited for you to come over but you already have plans.
What should you do?
-Go to their house instead of keeping to the plans you already made.
-Tell them thank you for the invitation but you already have plans. you can hang out with them another day.
You had a fight with your parent before school and now your in a bad mood. What is one thing you can do?
-Stay upset at school until you get home to talk with your parents again.
-Change your mindset to have a postitive start to your day with your friends and teacher.
You are called on first by your teacher to pick out a piece of candy. You took the piece of candy your classmate wanted. You know if you do not give her what she wants she will get upset.
What should you do?
-Change pieces of candy because it doesnt matter as much to you as it does to them.
-Keep your piece of candy for yourself. It is okay to keep what you want.
-Tell them to stop getting upset.
John asks the teacher for help on his math problem. She offers a clue on how to solve the problem but does not give him the answer. John is upset that when he aksed for help he was not given the answer to the problem.
What is wrong?
-John doesnt know how to solve the math problem on his own.
-His teacher does not give him the answer.
-John asked for help expecting the answer. Help is different than completing something for someone!
Your friend told you a rumour that they heard about your other friend.
What should you do?
-Discuss it with other people to see if it is true.
-Tell them that you do not want to talk about your friends.
Your aunt is trying to give you a hug. She has not seen you in a long time. You do not want to hug her.
What should you do?
-give her a hug anyways she is family.
-say that you do not feel comfortable giving her a hug. Boundaries!
One of your accomodations is extra time on your class tests. You raise your hand to ask your teacher for more time. She says no.
What should you do?
-Get upset at her.
-Knowing it is one of your accomodations, you kindly remind her that you are allowed to have more time.
-Assume you do not get more time on tests.
You and your classmate want to play a board game. You want Guess who, but they want CandyLand.
What should you do?/How would you compromise?
-Cry and refuse to play any game at all.
-Say mean words to your friend.
-Tell your friend that you can play CandyLand this time and next time you can play Guess Who.
