What is ATN - All Together Now?

What is equity?
Systemic and prolonged unjust treatment or control of a group by another, often through institutional power, discrimination, and societal norms. It limits access to resources, rights, and opportunities, reinforcing inequality and maintaining dominance over marginalized groups.

What are access needs?
Policies, practices, and structures that perpetuate racial inequality within institutions, disadvantaging certain racial groups. It’s embedded in societal systems like education, housing, and employment, often perpetuating inequality without intentional discrimination
