Your teacher gives directions, you heard her but you still don't understand. What should you do? and When?
Wait until your teacher fully gives the directions. Raise your and ask a specific question to clarify. If you still don't understand ask for help.
Your teacher is in the middle of giving instructions but you can't hear very well because another student is tapping his foot loudly. What should you do?
Ignore if you can. If not ask the student to please stop because you can't hear. Giving a reason encourages the results you want.

Laughing would be rude. Not everyone has the same knowledge or experiences. It's also the teacher's job to support, not yours. Let the teacher help the student unless asked to.

Direct them to the front office. The person is a stranger so you shouldn't give directions.

Nothing! Just try to have fun. The game isn't what is important! Some other student's might love the game!

Not okay. It's demonstrating disrespect by being distracting and negative. If it is not necessary keep it in your head. How do others feel around someone muttering negative thoughts?
