Wait until your teacher fully gives the directions. Raise your and ask a specific question to clarify. If you still don't understand ask for help.

Ignore if you can. If not ask the student to please stop because you can't hear. Giving a reason encourages the results you want.

Work in the group and try to get along. You will find there will always be people you don't get along with but still have to work with them.

Does it affect you directly? Then you shouldn't address it since it's an adult and you don't know the person's role. Supervising? making sure all materials are there?

Be positive. They will have those glasses for a while. "They look good on you."

Laughing would be rude. Not everyone has the same knowledge or experiences. It's also the teacher's job to support, not yours. Let the teacher help the student unless asked to.

Direct them to the front office. The person is a stranger so you shouldn't give directions.

You need to accept the rule. At the school level, the principal makes final decisions. They have their reasons.

Ask yourself "Is it necessary? Is it helpful?". They completed their part, it is up to the teacher to critique.

Not okay. It's demonstrating disrespect by being distracting and negative. If it is not necessary keep it in your head. How do others feel around someone muttering negative thoughts?
