How should you apologize:
You're rushing down the hall and bump into another student. Their papers fall onto the floor.
What is: Apologize for bumping into them, help them pick up their papers, and say you'll be more careful next time.
Other people are doing things you know are wrong
What is: Inform an adult and don't join them
What is: On silent or turned off either in your pocket or in your backpack.
When I get angry, I can
What is: Ask for a break (the right way), take deep breaths, and/or count to 10

At lunch, you accidentally knock over your friend's juice. It spills on the table and into his lap.
What is: Say that you're sorry for spilling his juice and help him clean up the spilled juice.

What is: Not joining them or encouraging them

What is: Only used for instructional purposes and if you complete all of your work, ask permission for other activities on your computer.

What is: find an adult to radio for myself or one of my staff to help you calm down
How should you apologize:
In science, you didn't understand something. You got upset and spoke disrespectfully to your teacher.
What is: Apologize for being disrespectful, and explain that it was because you didn't understand but next time you'll ask for help instead.
Your friends are playing games that they shouldn't be playing while in class
What is: Inform an adult.
Appropriate Use
What is: Not playing inappropriate games, not looking up things that you're not supposed to, and not using during inappropriate times (in class, in the hallway, etc.)
Being angry is a good reason to do whatever you want
What is: Never. When you're angry, you're not thinking as clearly as you would if you weren't angry.
