1. Conflict Arises - Bold is talking in class, Bat cannot follow the class. Teacher hears, thinks it is Bat, asks Bat to do the math task. Bat is not capable of doing it, he gets F. 

2. Parties realize they are in conflict - Bat is angry with Bold. Bold tries to apologize. 

3. Attitudes Emerge - Bat did not accept the apology. 

4. Conflict Deepens - Bat comes home slams his door, and shouts at his mom. 

5. Conflict Ends - Bold admits his fault to the teacher, and helps Bat to fix the bad grade.

How to resolve a conflict based on the method of compromise. 

Both parties will give up on some of their interest in order to make peace.

Give an example for each of four ways how conflict could be resolved. Based on Bat and Bold conflict example. 

Compromise - Bat should give up on his anger and apologize to Bold. Bold should talk to the teacher and admit his fault. 

Adaptation - Bat should accept Bold's apology and study hard to fix his bad grade. 

Collaboration - Bat and Bold should have a conversation and make a plan how to talk to the teacher together, and fix Bat's grade. 

Avoidance - Both Bat and Bold should avoid each other. They should not sit together in class nor be friends anymore.
