We should promptly ask the owner if the animal is a service animal. If not, the animal needs to leave the building.

State the Soleil Cancelation Policy.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. Emergencies/Sick guests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are running later than 15 minutes, we likely will need to reschedule your service, and you will be subject to the 20% reschedule fee. Any guests who are more than 15 minutes late/no-show, will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.

How to properly clean the Tech Desks after a Service. 

- Throw away trash

- Clean and disinfect all reusable implements

- Remove all dust and debris from desk, uv lamp, and moon lamp

- Spray whole desktop, arm rest, moon lamp, and UV lamp with soapy water and spray clean with a rag. 

- Spray desk and inside gel lamp with barbicide and let sit for at least 30 seconds before wiping with a rag.

Refuse service and advise that they see a physician.

  • Cover the injury with an appropriate dressing or bandage (use Nic-stick if needed).
  • Protect the injured area with a finger guard or glove, if necessary.
  • Clean and disinfect all tools and the workstation.
  •  Double-bag all contaminated materials and dispose of them properly.
  • Clean your hands and return to service.
