  • Department-issued uniform

  • Shorts must be worn by all lifeguards and facility team leads at all times.

  • Only flip-flops, sandals or water shoes may be worn while lifeguarding.

  • UV rated sunglasses must be worn at all times while lifeguarding outdoors, unless it is dusk. 

  • All lifeguards and facility team leads on duty must wear a whistle,  hip pack, and ID badge.

  • Department-approved hats and visors while lifeguarding

  • Deck shoes or tennis shoes may be worn by managers and cashiers. 

  • Shorts and the appropriate Department T-shirt may be worn by managers and cashiers.
