After fully completing sentence (suspended or served), including any period of probation or parole. They must re-register to vote.

She has spoiled her ballot! She can request up to three replacement ballots, one at a time, after returning spoiled ballot to election official.

(1) Whether person is who they claim to be; (2) Whether in the preceding 15 days the person has been convincted of a felony or declared mentally incompetent

A voter had an issue with their ID being accepted. They want to leave. What do you do?

Encourage them to stay so you can get it resolved; remind them they have the right to vote even if they don't have valid ID. Take their information (including multiple forms of contact) for follow-up if they are rushed. Get all facts about incident to that you can report it.
