A client comes in with three children in tow, how would you input the childrens information?

What is our policy for those who deny shelter?
A client who denies shelter twice cannot return to SPARC for a period of 7 days. A client who returns to SPARC following shelter placement within 48 hours also cannot return to SPARC for a period of 7 days.
Client states they've been to SPARC before and become frustrated with the process of intake. However, you check the system and cannot find the client as the client shares the same name with other clients. How can you verify said client via intake?
Checking by date of birth. Ask the client their DOB and check the backend for it, if nothing comes up, de-escalate and continue intake.
The proper way to discharge a client who refuses shelter twice.
Meet with client and utilize the refusal sheet to guide the conversation. If client continues to refuse, inform client of rules that state after 2 refusals, they will have to exit SPARC within 24hrs and cannot return for 7 days. After they have left, ensure that they are final resolutioned as Involuntary Discharges, comment the reason why, and give either a resource specialist or Chavonda the refusal form after.
