Providers must complete us per grading period concurrent with the dissemination of report cards, as outlined in the IEP.

I am to be used whenever a significant change in placement is being considered as a consequence for serious misbehavior allegedly committed by a student with an identified disability covered under IDEA or a student who is in the process of being evaluated for a determination of a possible disability under IDEA.
What is a Manifestation Determination Review?
I am completed at least every 3 years, required before dismissing a student from special education, must be completed within a 60 day timeline, and must include a discussion of all relevant data about the student.

I am the person responsible for running the CSE meeting, reviewing the document prior to finalization, and drafting the prior written notice.
