Flex Time is a true benefit of working from home. Please be mindful of how you are using this and do let your manager know. Flex time should be reflected on your Google Calendar. Ex. If I need to flex an hour on Thursday morning for my child's school program I should put OOO on my calendar from 10-11, then I would note on my Google Calendar when I am making up that hour, either same day or within that working week.
