How do teacher's hours worked differ from related service providers hours?

Related service providers: 30 min at a time, prep time as part of the day

SPED teachers: 5 plus hours a day, one 45-90 min prep time during the day

37.5 hours: need to have enough prep time in the day to get all planning and paperwork completed.

This is different than W2 teachers.

What does the school district need to provide the SPED teacher?

IEP access, LMS access, email, curriculum, teaching materials (anything an onsite teacher would have access to)
