  • Check this tracker; they only go back to certain school years due to more organized/streamlined tracking

I want to take a student outside, what are the approved steps?

1.Complete a “Student Community Outing Form” (with contact information, destination, departure and return time)

2. Check with teacher is student has a “Community Outings Parental Consent” form (this can be verified in Salesforce under “Releases”) 

3. If longer than 5 minute walk, need a nurse -> contact school nurse/nurse manager at least 24 hours before outing
