Yesterday was my birthday! After school I went out for dinner with my whole family. Then we went home and we ate chocolate cake with sprinkles, my favorite! Right before bed mom let me open some of my presents. It was the best birthday ever!

On our way to the boat we stopped at the store to get some worms. By the time we got to the boat it started to rain and we drove back home.

Mia's black cat climbed to the top of a telephone pole and couldn't get down. Mia didn't know what to do. First she went across the street to ask her neighbor for help, but he wasn't home. Then Mia walked to her cousins house and asked for help. Mia's cousin came over with his ladder and helped get the cat down. Mia was so happy her cat was saved!
