Service Standards as Missionaries (name 4)
Limit to daytime hours, avoid during most productive finding and teaching times, participate in community service, avoid service activities on preparation day or during mission meetings, don't cancel teaching appointments for service, stay with your companion, wear your name tag, do not participate in service that costs you money or where you are paid, and do not commit yourself to long-term projects without approval from your mission leaders
Healthy grooming standards include these 8 regular habits
What is shower daily, brush teeth daily, use deodorant daily, wash hair frequently, wash hands regularly, wear sunscreen, choose a neat/professional haircut that is easy to maintain, be neat and clean, and shave daily for Elders or subtle makeup for Sisters if desired.
