he Senate voted 63-37 on Wednesday to advance a resolution that would end United States support for the Saudi-led coalition fighting Houthi rebels in Yemen, where thousands of civilians have been killed and millions more face starvation and the outbreak of disease in what the UN has called the world’s worst humanitarian crisis.
Before the vote, senators from both parties expressed frustration with the ongoing bloodshed in Yemen, the lack of transparency around the Trump administration’s relationship with the Saudi Arabian government, and its response to the abduction and killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Kashoggi.
Here we see a resolution that was passed in order to achieve the US's goals on an international level and in the second paragraph we see some clear advocacy for what is going on between the US and Yemen which would also be tagged for Foreign Policy. Definitely yes on this one.

While there is mention that some of these politicians may not have been entirely honest and upright, and they are being offered the chance to basically prove that they are not corrupt as some may think, that is not advocating for a change in the Gov't itself or in the way that it or it's processes function. We see a lot like this. Remember we need to be pushing for or discussing a change in government institutional norms, structures, and government-managed processes including elections and voting. Not just a statement that someone is holding people accountable for nothing specific. We would not tag for this one.

Reproductive health and rights are under attack like never before.
