Mental Health: More traditional talk counseling. 

Mental Performance: Help with performance related anxiety and mental blocks.

Typically practice clothes. A sports bra/ tank top and shorts depending on the injury.

Snack: Quick Carbs and fluids. Think fruit cups/ applesauce, raisins, chews, fig newtons, and salty snacks.

No phones except to be used as a timer or while on gameready. No photos, videos, or social media in the ATR.
