Follow the clean as you go policy. Before you start your next drink, make sure you've cleaned up all equipment used from the first drink.

You stay in your station and make sure everything you need is stocked (cups, refresher bases and inclusions, cold brew, smoothies, etc.)
Someone orders on the everyday app but you don't have the materials to make their order. What do you do?
Apologize for the mistake and offer to make them something else. If they accept, make the new drink. If they decline, contact the SOD.
What are the two differences between a London Fog Latte and an English Breakfast Latte?
London fog uses Earl Grey Tea and vanilla syrup. English Breakfast uses English Breakfast Tea and classic syrup.
You're in the middle of a rush. The tickets are lined up but both espresso machines are in use. You throw something away but it bounces onto the floor because the trash is overflowing. What do you do?
Bag all trash bags that are full and take it to the back and put it in the green bin in the back. If that's full too, take the trash to the dock.
If a customer wants a Hot coffee on the meal swipe but wants to add a flavor shot, what do you do?
Charge the coffee on the meal swipe. Then charge the flavor shot on their preferred payment (Dining Dollars, Marquette Cash, Cash, or Card). Then make sure you clarify to the barista making the drink.
Someone asks for a refund, what do you do?
If they paid with card or cash, call the SOD.
If they paid with Meal Swipe, Dining Dollars or Marquette Cash, take down their name, email, and Marquette ID number and let the SOD know.
You're stationed on Cash 2 and the Bakery station person has gone to the bathroom. Bakery tickets are coming up and the other stations are busy. What do you do?
Cover the bakery station until the barista comes back and then return to the cash.
