We are currently in the process of rolling out Fresh Item Management in Bakery.  The other Fresh departments will be next with Non Perishables being last. Hopefully within the next 18-24 months, but more to come.

We have many stop gaps in place to ensure that all new items ship on time.  We will make it a priority to work with KeHE on improving forecasts going into the new item launch.

When will we launch click and collect?

We are currently in the process of building out our home delivery program to all states. We are currently working on next steps and timeline to for a click and collect program.  More to come.

We review pack out with every schematic that we review. We have made several holding power improvements in high volume sets like water and chips. Innovation and product assortment remain the #1 reason customers tell us they shop our Grocery departments - it is our differentiator.

Current penetration is 19%.  Our goal for 2019 is 22%.  Stretch goal is 25%.

We do speed to shelf on innovative trending items as they are identified.  Full resets are more strategic in nature.
